alt textThis webinar is for owners and senior managers seeking a way to shrink cost, reduce cycle time, increase capacity and put more money in the bank without making investments in equipment or staff.

Every industry endures Cycles of Influence. In the graphic communications industry, the 80’s was the Quality Improvement (TQC, TOC) Cycle followed by the Pre-press Digital Workflow Cycle in the 90’s. Then the new millennium brought the Consolidation Cycle. Most recently, enabling technology investments have advanced automation in pre-press, print and finishing operations, the core operations of a printing company, which we call the Automation Cycle.

By contrast, a Synchronous State has every resource, human or machine, working on only what needs to be completed and placing it on the conveyor for the next dependent event to completion. The result is a perfect harmony of hand-offs, from one operation to the next, all the way to invoicing.

Join us to discuss how to get there!

About the Presenter

Kernin’s first job in the printing industry was breaking down letterpress chases at the age of 12. After completing his education, Kernin held management and consultation positions in leading graphic communication companies including printing companies, trade shops, advertising agencies and industry suppliers. He has toured the country as an industry consultant and helped pave the way for digital automation still taking place today.

Most recently, Kernin was the organizational development and marketing director for a Sovereign Nation where he held P&L responsibility for five businesses while overseeing marketing for the entire thirteen enterprises. Through his leadership the businesses under his direction improved returns in excess of 10 million dollars in less than five years.
